Known as “the ship that follows the sun,” MSC Seaside — which is currently under construction at Fincantieri’s shipyard in Monfalcone, Italy — is set to debut in December 2017 and sail year-round from PortMiami to the Caribbean. The revolutionary MSC Seaside — which will be one of the hottest and most state of the art ships in the industry — will be the first MSC Cruises’ ship to head directly to the U.S from the shipyard and the first MSC ship to be christened in the U.S.

360 degree seafront promenade on Deck 8: Designed to bring guests closer to the sea, will include indoor/outdoor shops and restaurants, as well as a full buffet area and a pool, which are traditionally located on a cruise ship’s higher decks.

Onboard Entertainment and Family Activities

Most Interactive Aqua Park at Sea: First to feature interactive Slideboarding technology, which combines a unique water slide and an interactive video game all-in-one. Families will also enjoy two decks of fun and activities, including an adventure trail and four different water slides (one indoor and one outdoor)

6 public pools, including a 27,500 sq. ft. main pool and an aft pool with breathtaking sea views.

Two unique outdoor catwalks that extend beyond the edge of the ship, with all glass railings and a glass floor, giving guests the feeling that they are walking on water.

Interactive 5D Cinema, which not only includes moving seats and amazing special effects, but also allows guests to interact with the movie – providing guests with an entertaining, fun and challenging attraction.

Indoor and outdoor theaters for daily entertainment and Broadway style shows.

Other standout activities, include: Full-sized bowling alley, two of the longest zip lines at sea, a dedicated kids only restaurant, and dedicated LEGO and Chicco designed play areas.

Wide Choice of Indoor/Outdoor Dining: 11 distinct dining venues, featuring cuisines from all around the world, including: a pan-Asian specialty restaurant in partnership with Celebrity Chef Roy Yamaguchi; a signature seafood restaurant; and a Butcher’s Cut American steakhouse where guests can choose their favorite steak from glass-fronted meat aging fridges. Dining options will also include two buffets open 20 hours a day, including a dedicated family buffet.
